GEORGE BIRCH DIES IN SEATTLEWord was received last Fridayof the death of George Birch, inSeattle, September 20, and burialon the 23d.He had suffered with cancer for about a year, and when the disease reached an advanced stage last spring he went to Seattle to take hospital treatment.
