3Notice of Incorporation. There lias been a corporation for-med to be known as the Union Creamery Company, whose principle place of transacting business shall be in the incorporated town of Union, county of Ilardin, and State of Iowa.Said corporation was formed for the manufacture and sale of butter and other milch products. The capital stock stock is $4,100.00, which is fully paid up.{ Tlie time of commencement of | the corporation shall be on the 1st [ i rlay of August, 1894, and shall con-' tin lie for 20 years. The affairs of the company shall be conducted by a Board of Seven Directors, consisting of E. W. Lundy, W. II. Estep, S. W. Mitchell, N. C. Gibbs, Melvin Hash, W. H. Rowon, and W; Barnes, who shall hold their office until the election of a new Board, which shall be elected on the first Saturday in Sept. in each year after 1894. The indebtedness of the corporation shall not exceed £ its capital stock. The private property of the stockholders shall be exempt from corporate debts.37-4t.i
