Ashland, Wis., will be received until one o'clock p. m. on the 14th day of October, 1891, for the purchase of dead timber, standing, or fallen, oii either one of thefollowing reservations BadKwer, LaeCourt d* Orellles and Lac du Flambeau, or any portion or portions thereof.A copy of the regulations approved by the president, September sixteenth, eighteen hundred and mu^y-om*, nncl.-r which this timber will be sold, can be obtained by applying to this office.No bid will be considered unless the-same is accompanied by a cert fied check or draft drawn on some Uir.tori Statesdepository or solvent national bank, to the order of the commissioner of Indian affairs, for'five hundred dollars. Each bid must be for a specified number of feet of timber.Bids will be opened at the office of the LaPointe Indian Ag ncy, Ashland, Wis , at one o'clock, p. m. of October 14th; 1891, Bidders are invited to be present.
