wR VicTiM OF AN ANGRY THTREAY DROPS DEAD OF A BROKEN WEAR | May Canmer,September 27,—In the suburb of this place stands a handsome residence owned by Patrick. Donahue, a retired coal operator, every stone in whiely is said to have cost $5 to put it in place. The house being too large for ay owner, he had it fitted up for tenement apartments, in which live a number of families, among whom are the Zupishes and Ye Malinskys. On Tuesday Mrs. Zupish charged Mrs. Malinsky with stealing an empty beer keg which she used for catching rain water. When Mrs. Zupish's husband returned from work Tuesday evening she told him about the ‘day's happens ngs. Zupish washed himself, don ned, his clean clothes,ate his supper and ‘started for Molinsky’s rooms. Where he charged then with stealing the keg, Molinsky, fired with anger, denied it Before Zupish left he “threateningly shook his index finger at Molinsky and said that he would have him and his wife arrested, taken to Sunbury,’ and put in prison. Zupish further said that the laws of America fined a thief $50 and put him in the peniten tiary for several years. Totally igno rant of American laws ,and firmly le Heving that a terrible fate awaited him and his wife within the swalls of some penal institution, Molinsky sit down and commence toey bitterly. His Wife and four children were all soon in less. five minutes afterward Molin sky was a corpse. While crying a chill! hid seized him, and he caught hold of the bedpost to steady himself his qua’ king shaking every movable thing in the room. He complained of a pain in the region of hig hence, and with a loud, piercing cry fell to the floor dead. I n its end he was unquestionably they victim of a broken heart, caused by fright. The neighbors hurried in and found the widow and four children: vainly trying to pet the dead man to a ponic, Adam Zupishyused in to see what‘had occurred; and when he’ says the lifeless form on the Hoor cried, pi ced the floor, pulled his hair and he vame almost demented. ‘The woman whom he had just imade a widow tunel on him and said; You killed him, You, killed him ! The deceased had been here only seven months.
