Desert Hot Springs Residents Attend GOP Women's ConventionThree Desert Hot Springs residents at tended the National Republican Women's ( ■ .men tion held Sept. 25 29 at the Convention Center in Los An geles. The Desert Hot prings representatives included dele gate Pearl Hibnes, alternate Minnie Pearl Roberts lt;who also ■served as a hostess in the Los Angeles Hospitality Room' and guest Rachel Lonroa The convention was called to order Friday. Major speeches and items of business at the morning session included an address by R VC Chairman George Rush, adoption of con vention rules, report of nom mating committee and an add ress by Dr Wm.
