Albany, Ga., Oct. ¢ (AP)—Pris on terms were meted out yester day ‘by Judge Carl Crow to two additional members of a local forge ry ring as the September term of, Dougherty’, superior, court -ad journed. Charlie Morris, who pleaded guilty to three counts of forgery in oetcres kb me siionered cashing of a Bogus Union Stock yards check at the First State Bank in this city, was sentenced to two years in prison on each count, the terms to be served concurently. A jury found Marion Holmes, Negro, guilty of forgery after a Monday morning trial and recom mended that he be punished as for a misdemeanor. Accepting the rec ommendation, Judge Crow fixed his sentence at 12 months in jail. A third defendant in the same case, EB. A. (Foots) Holland, was convicted of ‘a two-count forgery indictment, last week and sentenc ed to serve four years in prison. This is Army's 61st consecutive football season.
