There were not as many .singeis present as usual.Let us not foiget that Sunday is onr regular preaching day.School is now piogressmg nicely. Homer Anderson, Miss Mamie Lee Todd, and Miss Winnie Mac Knight.Mr. Robott Guy Burns, who has been visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Burns, has retained to t Montgomery, Ala., where he has been in tho air semce for seveial months. Ho has received a commission as cadet in tho United States Army Air Coips and will go to Brooksficld, San Antonio, Texas, in October to finish his tiaining.A number from here are attending the Fair at Laui cl this week. They say it is the best ever.Tho fnrmctb in this section ate about through picking cotton and a good many have gone to the delta.
