Charles White and Two Others Fail to Pass the Examination. Charles (Tah) White, of this city, a member of Company M and George Goachee and Gust Rohda, of Napo leon, who enlisted in the Thirty ninth U. S. Regulars, under Cap tain Ranke who was in charge of the recruiting office here returned yesterday from Ft Creeck, Neb, where they failed to pass the phys ical examination and were rejected. White says Carl Schultz, Ben Shupp and all the other boys who enlisted passed the examination. Out of the twenty recruits secur ed here and at Napoleon and Wau seon only the three named above were discharged.
