MT UU, CZKJ tci UJCU.Monday the divorce case of Lucille A. Holler vs. Nelson H. Holler was heard. The plaintiff charged drunkness and cruelty. She claimed that he struck her once with a broom handle and once with a bridle. She also claimed that he was given to going on extended drunks and for weeks at a time was unable to attend to his business. In this she was corroborated by two children, and other witnesses testified to seeing him drunk at different times. The defendant claimed that he was not oruel and that he did not go on sprees. He brought a number of witnesses to testify that he was notin the habit of getting drunk. The court, after hearing the evidence, set aside the bill and would not allow the decree. He advised them to live together on their farm in Macomb 'township and raise their four children. She left him some time ago and went to live at Bardolph.mi _ ____ _ m t r • i !i _____ a _
