Watison, Oct. 2—A span of horses and an open open bogey was stolen from Josh ua Thayer, of Palmyra, on that of Sep tember, by a fanny hand named Orville Mitchell. The team was brought to this city to Andrew Kentzler’s stable and offer ed for sale at low figures. Mr. Kentzler interviewed the fellow, and became auspi cious. He calledgon deputy sheriff McCon nell, who this morning arrest all the Lbief who owned up to having stolen the team. His excuse was that Trarvey had treated him meanly, and he proposed to get even with him and took the team. Mitchell is so hard fooking but stupid sort of eitinen, Who will be sentenced to the last extent of the largy,
