Hustings Court To Hear ChargesCharge* of anon and felonious assault against two UR students have been certified front the Police Court to a Hustings Court grand jury. Tin* two men, IUrry Winston Blythe and Jo© Oliver, have pleaded innocent to both charges.Richmond Detective L. B Adams, chief investigator in the case, reported that both Blythe and Oliver have privately admitted that they committed the alleged act.The arson charge items from the total destruction of the Faculty Building hy lire last May. The twostudents are also accused of felonious assault in connection with injuries received by Miss Sharon Brown of Ta/ewell. Miss Brown, a passenger in a vehicle traveling along Gambles Mill Road, which runs between the campus and the Country Club of Virginia golf course, was injured when an iron golf tee marker crashed through the right rear window of the auto. Her injury required fifteen stitches in her face to close thewounds.
