The park is being developed try the Parks and Wildlife Department to preserve the area. Atlantic Richfield acquired the collection when Sinclair Oil Corporation was merged into Atlantic-Richfield Company in March, 1969.Recently the collection of lifesize dinosaurs was given to eight parks, zoological gardenand other non-profit organizations. Dinosaur Valley State Park at Glen Rose received a major share.
