Greenhorn Mining company, prin cipal place of business, Rooms No. 7089, Boston building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Notice is hereby given that at the regular monthly meeting of the board of directors of the Greenhorn Mining company held on the ninth day of September, 1915, an assessment, No. 6, of one-half (4%) cent per share was levied on the outstanding capital com mon stock of the corporation, payable immediately to E. M. Neher, secre tary-treasurer of the company, at Castle Gate, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment remains unpaid on October 20th, 1915, will become de linquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before will be sold at the prin cipal place of business of the company on Saturday, November 20th, 1915, at the hour of 2:00 p. m. to pay the de linquent assessment together with the cost of advertising and expense of sale.
