NOTICE OF DISSOLUTIONNotice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the stockholders of the Watertown Water Light and Power Company duly called for and held at No. 24 Broad street, New York City, on the 22nd day of July, 1908, the following resolution was unanimously adopted— Resolved that after the payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company, and after distribution of all its assets the Watertown Water Light and Power Company dissolve, and that the board of Directors be and they are hereby author-iyzed to take all necessary and proper steps to dissolve the company.Charles H.
