^IBIG BUILDING/CONTRACT LETKOMP MACHINE WORKS TO HAVE SPLENDID NEW HOME.Structure Will Be Three 8torlee High, Modern In Construction, With Every Convenience—T.lt;. P. Cry met Is the Successful Bidder.The contract for Romp's new build lng, which Is to be erected at the corner of East Pine and EvanB streets, was let yesterday to T. P. Crymes, who will begin work on the structure at once.. The contract price la 119,035 and the contractor is to be bonded tor tbe faithful completion of the contract.The building is to be three stories, constructed of brick, pressed brick and stone and slow burning standard mill construction. It is to be fitted with steam heat throughout, have conduit wiring, electric elevators and to be supplied with every modem and up-to-date appliance for the easy and convenient handling of mill supplies and heavy machinery.The building will be ninety- feet front and have a depth of 90 feet and is to have every available modem convenience for tbe mill supply business which Is to be conducted in the hand some structure.The work will begin as soon as certain small preliminaries can pe arranged and when once begun there will be no let up until the structure Is completed and turned over to the owners.The architect Is Mr. R. E. Lee. who will supervise the building to a certain extent.
