All the big builders are coming in and some people are scrounging for money.Muth expects the bulk of the unpaid permits to be taken care of by Wednesday.Horn Construction paid for 75 Friday. Price Enterprises was set to pick up 114 by Monday. Danito Corp. plans to take care of 93 Tuesday.Other big applicants last month Include AGI with 77, Rule Development with 66, Joaquin Construction with 44, Stone Brothers with 35, C HEnterprises with 30 and HLS with 32.
