By virtue of a chattel mortgage executed by Albert H. Sizer and Bessie Sizer, his wife, Mortgagors to The Montauk Fish Supply Company, Mortgagee, dated the 14th day of November, 1914, and which was duly filed in the office of the Clerk of the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York, on the 28th day of Septem ber, 1915. There will be offered for sale at the office of The Mon tauk Fish Supply Co., Inc., at Montauk, in said,Town, on the 16th day of October 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, the following goods and chattels, to wit. A one and one-half story frame house, formerly occupied by Albert H. Sizer, as a dwelling, and situat ed on land leased from the Montauk Fish Supply Co., at the head of Fort Pond Bay, easterly of the Long Island Railroad Station at Montauk, Suffolk County, New York.
