a petition, which petition was asking a pardon for Jud Harrison, who is in the penitentiary for the murder of Grady Honea, which petition deponent first refused to sign, but said Hell made the following statement, or a statement conveying about the same meaning, “1 do not see why you should refuse to sign it, as the family ot the deceased were willing for a pardon to he granted to Harrison.
