Allan is acting as purchasing agent for Lieut. Haas, an officer in the French army, who is acting for the Italian government.APan believes he will have no trouble in securing good dogs in this 3octior and is naying a good price for the animals. The dogs w;li be shipped on one of the first boats to Seattle.
