Change Mdt la Precinct OfficersThere hjut beeri much agitation and abuse lines the Republican justices and constable were named for this precinct. The naming of these officers are wholly within the Lands of the precinct committeeman and when that individual went down to Pocatello Sept. Hth and nominated Messrs. J. D. Woodall and N, E. Snell for justices and George Skinner for constable he thought they were the choice of a majority of the people, but It seems that two of them were not, and a mighty howl went up, and the committeeman ha* been requested to withdraw the name of one of the justices and thf name of the constable, the request being backed by a petition signed by *9 of our citizens, all voters.The committeeman, who happens to be the editor of The Chieftain, has no desire to act other than fair in the matter and accordingly he has withdrawn the name of N, £. {Itiell as a Justice and substituted the name of George Harrison, and for constable the name of George Skinner has been withdrawn and the name of George Small substituted.
