Again : Forsyth Co., Cowles Ik Co., and others, bad a large depot for the exhibition of largo weigh-scaie3 and beams, railroad car wheels, springs, hot-air furnaces, ventilators, and marble fire-places, mantel-pioees and jams of various colors and hues. Then the sculptors and stone-culters have a place for showing1 their skill. They display great genius in their art. Threshing machines, portable grist-mtils, strawi-cuIters'5 of numerous kinds, portable cider milts, corn shellers, steam engines, sm»t mills, grain separators, cradling and mowing machines, flax breakers propelled by steam, steam and horse povyer sawing machines, jand mnneroiis other things, lend a charm to the scene. A steam wagon created .quite a sensation on the ground. It was cu rious to see with what ease it was guided all over the ground arnidsl the great multitude of people.
