September 3*NOTICE.WAS committed to the jail of Frederick County as a runaway, on the I5tk of Jivgusl last, a black man who calls himself JOSEPH THOMAS. He is about 5 feet 7 inches high, thick set, and of dark complexion, had on when committed a grey casinet coat, and low linen pantaloons. He says he belongs to a Mr. Baty living in Washington City, D. C.The owner if any, is requested to come forward ami have him released, or he will be discharged, as the law directs.PETEK IHIENCCE,Sept. 10 Frederick County.
