Webster, who had been visit ing with relatives in Sidney, returned last week. His father-in-law, John W. Searles, who had been visiting there, returned with him and will make his home in Eldora with his daughter, Mrs. W. A. Webster. Mr. Searles is the oldest living conductor on the Chicago, Burlington Quincy railroad. Mr. Searles ran the first passenger from Albia to Council Bluffs. During the time he was work ing, from 1868 to 1896, he was in only one wreck.
