In Real Estate When Mr. P. N. Carl Bought the Woodward Block Last Week. PLN. Carl, the wholesale grocer on West Main Street, last week purchased of the J. K. Woodward, Sr. estate the three story brick building on Main street between Pearl and State, that is at present occupied as the temporary quarters of the New Albany pst office. The consideration was $8,300. The building which is a substantial structure, faces sixty feet on Main street, extending east from the alley between Pearl and State streets and ex tends back along the alley 156.23 feet. Mr. Carlitta said, expects to move his wholesale grocery business into the building as soon as the postoffice is moved back to its permanent quarters after the completion of the new addition to the postoffice building that now is in course of erection.
