Death of Charles C. Post.Denver.—Former Attorney GeneralCharles C. Post died at his home In this city Tnursday. His death was due to kidney trouble, and came after alln Kerins Illness. The deceased was born In Sallnj*. Michigan, seventy-flve years ago. Since 1859, at which time he came to Colorado. Mr. Post had been prominent In this state. Ho was one of the drafters the provisional constitution of the territory of Colorado, a judge in the provisional judiciary and attorney general from 1901 to J903. He is survived by five children, two sons and thrco daughters.
