The desperado made his escape, but was recaptured.New bonds have been furnished by Col. C. 8. Uiine at Devils Lake in the sum of $20,000. The bondsmen are Mayor McCormack, Col. A. M. Ferris, president of the bank of Devils Lake; John McKelvey, president of the First National bank of Grand Forks, and Horace G. Stone.
