Clifton Springs — A new 4-H Club named the Clifton Clickers has been formed in Clifton Springs. The leader of the nine girls who comprise membership is Mrs. Richard Van Opdorp with Mrs. James Clements as co-leader. The officers are: Marianne Ga lens, president; Teresa Cle ments, vice president; Barbara Clements, secretary; Linda Van Opdorp, treasurer; Katie Bird, news reporter; Kirsten Chris tiansen, song leader; and recrea tion leaders: Amy Shoemaker, Kathleen Hoven, Heidi Durkee. Meetings are held every Thursday at 4:15p.m. at the home of Mrs. Van Opdorp. Beginning the year with the “‘Let’s Explore” series, club members are study ing the environment by studying soil, plants and trees.
