Phillips* of Helena, Ga., oc-curing at 4 minutes past seven on Friday Evening, following an attack of Pneumonia which lasted 8 days. The deceased had a wide circle of friends through north and south Georgia having represented Mr. Asa G. Candler, Sr. of Atlanta,when he was in the wholesale drug business and before Coca Cola of even thought of. Later he represented The Brown Vffg. Co. of Greenville, Tcnn., for whom he traveled the whole State. He following this pro-fe.Ksion about 35 years and was «til 1 active in the business until injured in an automobile wreck about G years ago atPitts, Ga. He was carried to the Hospital in Cordele, Ga.,and there remained unconscious for several days. He never fully recovered from thisStMessrs. J. E. Phillips, of Hape uilie.
