December 16 i»3o and lacked but a few\days of being 66 years old. lie was a graduate of a Michigan law school,; hut came west and engaged la other t pursuit .I He was married in 1*467 and leaves| a daughter, wife of postmaster Estes,j his wife dymg when child was vreyyoung.
