The charge against him was malpracticed causing the death ‘of Hannah Chambers and Kissey Ranch. ‘The concoction he gave the latter which was on the the 10th lnst killed man was shot by Lee Renfro at Clen— era Amarilla, about twenty-four miles from Springerville, Arizona Novem ber 6 and die four days later.
