Sympathy is a good thing, but don’t let it get away with you. The Little Saline School is giving a box supper for Thanks giving night for the benefit of the school. Everyone is in vited to bring and to buy a box. A nice shower of rain fell over this section Sunday night and Monday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Jim O’Spain were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Pearl Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dodd of San Angelo spent Saturday night and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Jess Walker. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Hight and family of Yates visited Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Hight Saturday night. Mr. Oliver Hight and_ son, Wiley made a business trip to Junction Monday. Mrs. John Pearl is on the sick list this week. Mr. Raymond Martin returned home Sunday night from the Plains, where he has been work ing for some time. Miss Jessie Weaver and Mrs. Otto Weaver were business vis itors in Brady Saturday.
