PIERRE—The Kaleva Mining company, of Read, has been incorporated, with a capital stock of $500,000. with C. J. Pease, J. 13. Tarlo, William Richards, P. W. Peterson and Joseph Savage as incorporators, ad of Read, except the latter, who Is from Central City. The corporation will do mining and the nece.ssary other things relative to tills kind of project.
