At thi- meeting the place of holding the next State Fair will be designated, the Premium List arranged, committees appointed, awards on Essays and Arbor Day planting made, and other im portantl business transacted.Perons desiring to compete for Arbor Day premiums have been given time until the hour of this meeting to prepare and make their applications, as but few were in form at the State Fair in Sept.l.iM.
