Sale of Real Estate. Yn virtue of a decree of the Franklin Circuit Court of the county of Franklin, and State of Indiana, at the October term, A. D. 1824, of paid court upon a Bill filed in a certain case wherein Elijat’ Barwick administrator of Thomas Swiggett deceased, ie complainant, and Benjamin . Noble, George L. Diebler, Mary FE. Diebler, and Mary Diebler are defendants in said bill set forth, the undersigned, Commissioner, will offer at public sale at the Court-house door, in the town of Brook ville, county and state aforesaid, o the 21th day of December A. D. 1594, between the? hours of 1¢ o'clock A.M. and 4 o'clock P. M.'s gaid day, first the rente and profits for the term of seven years of the following described premises, to wit: all that certain part of lot of land being the north half of Lot No. (50) fifty, and also Lote No. (46) forty six, and (02) sixty two, in that part of the town of Browleyi He laid off by John Allen, sen. in Franklin county, aforesaid, and if the rents and profits afore said will not sell for a sum sufficient to satisfy said decree, I will then and there expose to public sale the fee simple, and all the estate, right, title, in terest, claim and demand of the aforesaid, Benja min 3. Noble, George L. Diebler, Mary F. Diebler and Mary Diebler, of, in, and to the aforesaid prem ises for the best price that can be had for the same, (or so wich thereof as will be necessary,)to satisfy the debt, interest, and coats in said decree ,specifi ed and wet forth, ; DANIEL ST.
