Voters on Dec. 17.*Details of the proposed park!*'-*, and playgrounds system includ-’ ed in the city planning program; ‘ were outlined yesterday at a com* mittco meeting of the City Plan-* ‘ ning Commission, attended by rorepresentatives of the Parent-Teaeli*' crs association of the city.The parks and playgrounds system, inclusive of swimming pool ' ami stadium, is provided for in. the city planning program which allows $70,000 of bonds for thcsoprojects. The program, which calls for issuance of a total of $420,000 for municipal improvements, will, he submitted to Laurel voter# December 17.Among those who attended the committee meeting yesterday wera Mrs. J.
