An Important Message to You YOUNG MEN, YOUNG WOMEN, notwithstanding our en rollment within the last four years has doubled and our attend ance is larger now than ever before at this time of year, we have not been able to prepare bookkeepers and stenographers fast enough to fill a third of the positions we have been asked to fill since January 1, 1916. Notwithstanding the opportunities for young men and women who have knowledge of bookkeeping, shorthand, and typewriting are greater than ever before; the need more urgent than ever before, the salaries greater than was ever known to be paid before to young men and women without experience. We have not been able to induce enough young people to enter our school to enable us to fill one-fourth of the positions we have been asked to fill, though we have used every means at our command to lead you to see the value a course in our school would be to you and the opportunities for business success it would bring to you. Our Graduates Are in Demand ‘We sent three students to positions a week ago on trial. ‘Their work was 90 satisfactory that each of them was retained at the splendid salary of $90 a month. We have placed every student who is ready for position, AND THE CALLS ARE STILL COMING. THE FOLLOWING ARE A FEW OF THE RECENT CALLS: A long distance telephone call from Mackey asking for stenographer at $125 a month; one from Rupert at $100; a from Nampa at $90; three from Caldwell and several from we, Business Firms Leave Orders for Graduates in Advance lhek gentleman employed four of our students six months ago. ‘Their training was so thorough and their work so satisfactory that he called at our office Saturday and asked us to furnish his firm six more to begin January 1st at salaries of $87 the first month, $112.60 at the beginning of the second month, and $136 as soon as they are worth it. Another large concern asks that we notify them when our graduates are ready, as they would some of them.
