In order to settle the Wala worth estate near Onslow the property was .recently sold at public auction. The home farm, consisting of 256 acres, was acrid to George Tabor, of Baldwin, for 12d 1.60 an acre. Another portion of the property was said to Jack Walsworth at $260 an acre. A 130-acre tract of timber land brought 341 an aere from Ben Johnson, and a lTfc-acre tract was purchased by Rogers (Brown, of Baldwin, for 391 an acre. The total receipts of the sale amounted to $140,092.
