Waiter C. alias Sport,'’ McAllister, the last of the quartette of murderers who figured in the killing of Jennie fiosschieter, left the home of his father, James McAllister, at No. 106 Park avenue, shortly before 8 o’clock Saturday rnomintf and boarded a west bound Erie train, for Chicago. McAllister was released from the State prikon at Trenton Friday afternoori, and in company with his stater, who put up an untiring campaign for his liberty, returned to Patterson.Sport” McAlister was considered the ringleader of the quartet who were convicted of second degree murder in having oaused the death of 23-year-old Jennie Bosschieter, who was found dead on the roadside in Bergen county, about four miles from Patterson, after having hern drugged and criminally attacked.Although no statement was forthcom-er, it is understood that° his hurry in teaving his native town was occasioned by threats which are alleged to have been made by the brothers of Jennie Boss-chieter, who live in the vicinity of Paterson that they would wreck summary vengeance upon him, whom they consid-cicw mucti icDpuuoiuic iui uioinicui vucusister.
