STATE OF MINNESOTA, )County of Brown, ( * Benedict*Juni being first duly sworn says that he is and for more than ten years past has been a resident of this county and state. That on and between the 12th day of November and 16th day of November 1889 he examined and copied the petition for the removal of the county seat of said coanty from New Ulm to the village of Sleepy Eye Lake which petition then was and now is on file in the office of the county auditor of said county and that the following names are attached and subscribed to said petition more than once as pe ti-tioners for such removal: Chas. Schor-egge, Michael Fohl, J. L. Dehuff, F. M. Haskell, J. H. Burke, Ben. B. Marti, August Steinke, Frank Schiltz, Aug. Schwieger, John Roth. That on or about the 19 th day of November 1889 this affiant informed the editor and publishers of the New Ulm Review of said facts.Benedict J uni.
