The receipt of the eamc will be Acknowledged by these Head Quarters, through the officer or member of the Company who bears it, and full instructions for tho guidance and direction of the company furnished its commanding officer. By these means, the commanding General will hate it in his power to correspond directly and confidentially, if necessary, with the good people of the county ; local good aider will be preserved, and ttie soldiers serving with the army in the field, will know that their homes and families will be under the protection of their neighbors and friends, and through them, under the care of the commanding General, who most earnestly calls upon the patriotic to make these organizations, with as little delay as possible,VI, Citizens organising under this call, who are willing to serve in aDy part of the Slate, under the orders of the Maj.
