Administrator’* Sale.AGREEABLE to an order of the honorable Court of Ordinary of Calhoun county, will be sold before the Court House door, in the town of Morgan, in said cpunty, within the legal hours of sale, on Ohn first Tuesday jn January next, the south half of lot of land, nutnbet (44) forty-four, containing one hundred and twenty-five acres, lying and being fn the (3d) District of said county ;’also at the eatne time and place; a negro man Jack, about 80 years bf ge. All sold as tlie property of Sarah Merritt, late pf said county, deceased, for the benefit of tbe heirs and credr itors of sard deceased.
