A* Virtue of an order and decree of the Probate Court of the county of Franklin, and State of Indiana, the undersigned, administrator of the es tate of George Kline deceased, will sell (subject to the dower of the widow of said deceased) to the highest bidder at public sale, on the Premises, in the Township of Posey, in the county of Franklin, and state of Indiana, on Saturday the AA day of December, A. D. 1825, the following described real estate, of which the said George Kline died seized in fee simple, to wit, all that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the county of Franklin, and state of Indiana, being the East half of the North West quarter of Section 34, of Township 12, in Range 12. Fast second principal Meridian. Also, all that certain piece or parcel of land, being situate, lying in the county of Franklin and state of Indiana, being the West half of the North West warter of Section 34, of Township 12, in Range 1. Eust of the second Principal Meridian line, drawn c., of lands sold at Cincinnati, containing 80 acres, be the same more or less. The sale will commence at 10 o'clock A.M. on said day.
