ua mages%Through his attorneys, Shake Kimmell, on Friday, Oscar Rogers, by Millard Rogers, filed a suit with the clerk of the Knox circuit court against the Tecumseh Coal and Mining Co., in which he asks a judgment in the sum of $15,000.Plaintiff alleges that on*October 28, 1918, while employed as a trapper and switch boy in the defendent company’s mine, he was instructed by an agent of the defendant company to couple up some cars, that while sc/engaged, an agent of the company carelessly and negligently pushed and propelled the cars at great speed, force violence with an electric motor.* Plaintiff alleges that his left arm crushed between the bumpers and couplings, as a result of which the hand and wrist bones were fractured and the flesh tom and mangled, causing him to suffer much physical and mental pain and anguish and rendering him permanently crippled.
