Trolley Company Sued.Stephen Baldv, of Oatawissa, has brought suit, through his attorneys, W M. Khawn. Esq., of Catawissa. and Ex Judge Herring, of Bloomsburg. against the Columbia Montour U.v. Company for $10,000 damages, injure u!lt‘gfd io have lefn received by his daughter Lucy, a minor child, who v,a riding on the defendant's ear vhen it ran into the roar end of a mining Bloomsburg Sullivan Railroad work train...If the case is not previously settled it will likely come up in the civic session of December court.
