Mr. and Mr*, A. H. Cardin gave a very delightful farewell dinner party on tbe 2Ut., to Mias Xdrne Moore. The room9 were handsomely decorated with fern* and cbryaan them -umi. Tbe table was paiucularly beautiful, a very elaborate fern pieceoccupied tbe center place on a lovely bit of Mexican drawn-work, the ohinn wag band-paintfxl. on tbe place-card* kodak scene* of plantation life,mounted un white water color paper and bore appropria*e quotation*.
