Mrs. Carrie Loew, widow of thelate Reuben Loew, died at her home yesterday, aged about twenty seven years. The funeral will take place from the German Mothodist to-morrow (Saturday) at 2 o’clock p. m, Mrs. Loew fell sick immediately after the death of her husband, which oc curred four weeks ago, and though everything was done that human skill or affection could suggest, from the very first the sufferer believed she would die, and there was in that fact much consolation to her, as she was anxious to be leunited with her beloved husband. Mrs. Loew’s illness was not attended with much pain. There was a gradual sinking away, a dissolution of the vital powers, and at 1 o’clock yesterday she passed peacefully away A babe about thirteen months old is left behind. This death is a peculiarly sad one, coming as it'does so soon after the husband and father was laid to rest. Rut the consolation of the Christian relgion will assist the mourning friends to endure the pain of a part ing which they know will be buttemporary.
