Ac. vs. John Itarmon, Louizu Harmon and others.— On petition to sell Real Estate.COMES said Administrator by his counsel, and files his petition pruyinjr the sale of the feal estate therein named, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court, (hat John Harmon, Louizu Harmon, Abner Madden, Henry Hadden, Richard Madden and William Madden ate not at this time residents of the State of Indiana.It is thereupon on motion, ordered by the court that notice of the pendency of this application he gheti the said John Harmon, Louiza Harmon, Abner Madden, Henry Madden, Richard Madden and William Madden, by advertisement in the “Republican Banner*'’ a weekly newspaper, printed r.nd published in the city of Madison, county of Jefferson, and State of Indiana, for four weeks successively, and that unless they be and personally appear here on the first day of the next term of thia court, to be hoi-dfeh tin (he second Monday in Februnrv next, either by themselves or counsel, enter fneir appearance herein, and plead, answer or demur to •aid petition, tho same will be heard sod determined in their absence.By order nf the Court.—Attest—JJIO.
