Joe Nelsonsteps upTPL names new executivesTwo executive changes at Texas Power Light Company have been announced by J F Skelton, TPL president Joe Nelson of Terrell has been named TPL's Southern Division manager, succeeding Leon Loveless who will become manager of power at the Company's Dallas headquarters Nelson, who will office in Waco, served as Terrell TPL district manager since 1968 He joined the Company in Dallas in 1963 and later served in various sales capacities in the firm s Paris district Nelson, a native of Bowie, attended Denver City, Texas, public schools and was graduated from Texas 1’ech University with a bachelor of business administration degreeNelson is married to the former Maxine Conerly of Clarksville, and the couple has two children, Jay. 4, and lorn, nine months Loveless served as TPL's Southern Division manager since 1970 He was also TPL manager in Garland and district manager in Sherman
