Denver, Co!., Nov. 12.—Kit Carson, ason of the famous scout of that name, was found guilty at Los Animas, Col.,of involuntary manslaughter. On Dec.N*10 he went to the house* of his father-in-law. William Richards. whom he ac- Ifused of having taken his wife away from him. Richards called him a liar. Carson then began shooting at Richards, who ran into the house. One of the shots killed M rs. Richards. Richards was alsO' serious 1 v wounded,but he reco'vered.
