The Dearer Republican givee more particular of the organization of the new railroad company to connect San Fran* ciaco and Denver, and it* incorporation under the Colorado law*. The preliminary line ie mapped out to run from Alameda acroea the bay from San Franciico to Gilroy; thence weit, crossing the Sierra* near or through YoeemiU and coming out on tbie aide near the southern ■bore of Mono Lake; thence on through the aouthern part of the State of Nevada to a point 50 mile* below Milford, Utah Territory, to which point a branch line will be run; thence easterly, probably along the valley of the Grand River to Denver. The main line ia estimated at 1,200 miles, and the branches at 900 more. The Republican assert* that $2,-000,000 of the capital stock ia already subscribed; that the road is solid with heavy English capitalists; that it will be the shortest road and over the easiest grades between the Pacific and Denver; that so soon as some final surveys are completed work will be commenced at both ends and pressed through to com-[iletion with ail poasible dispatch. A ist of present stockholders is given, which includes some very heavjr men, and some others that are not particularly wealthy. Tbo capital stock is fixed at $75,000,000, or $50,000 per mile. On its face this project has a bona fide look. It looks as though it was iutended to pick up one after another of the hemtned-in branch lines of the Union Pacific, and give them all an outlet in the San Fran-oiaoo bay; as though it was meant to be a modification of the programme marked out two years ago which was to causs a concentration of roads in Pahranagat Valley, and then to give them a common outlet to the Wert coast.
